"Sweat to Shine" with Kelly and Lauren
Friday, Sept 9 & Friday, Oct 21 from 6:30-8:30
This 2 hour Vinyasa style class is designed to make you sweat, build focus, and strengthen your entire body.
As you flow to the music you will twist, bend, stretch, and open up your awareness to your body and mind. This class is the perfect way to de-stress and re-energize from everyday life and have some fun too!
Open to all levels of students. Cost $25 (no series)
