Yin/Yang Yoga for the New Year w/ Sara Mingus: Jan 7, 2:00-4:00pm

 

Every Year we make resolutions to change for the better and every year we fall off the wagon and barrage ourselves with negative self-talk and loathing. This year, let's set a Sankalpa or intention instead, and fill ourselves with determination, will and purpose. Join Senior Teacher Sara Mingus from North Shore Yoga for a 2 hour class that is broken into two parts.
Half of the class will be dedicated to Yin Yoga (long, deep stretching of the connective tissue, ligaments and joints.) The other half will be an invigorating Power Flow class. The end result will leave you full of joy, purpose and possibility for the new year and beyond. This class is open to ALL levels. $25, no series.
