Every hot yoga class is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels; everyone practices the same postures at different levels of ability, which our instructors will help you find. Classes are 60, 75 and 90 minutes. Most importantly, 100% effort yields 100% benefit, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student.
